I wanted to write this sooner but I had jury duty and then my internet crashed a hell of a lot :(
I like what you have so far (is that Emotional Piano I hear?). It makes me wish I could compose something that quickly.
The flow between keys was pretty seamless; I almost couldn't tell that it had happened. Nice work!
Changing keys that every sixth bar is a neat concept, but I think this might benefit from a bit more repetition, particularly within in the first minute and a half's worth of material. The piece is only a couple minutes long and could definitely end up being longer without becoming tiresome, I feel, especially if you varied the accompaniment pattern a little more. Arpeggios and solid chords are perfectly fine but in general be careful not to rely too heavily on them.
In a similar vein, your B section could certainly be longer (actually, so could A' but I'm thinking mainly B). Right now the section is so short that it's almost like 3/4 is used as an affectation rather than a statement of its own, if that makes any sense. You use the "oom pah pah" harmonic style so briefly that it seemed like it was wanting to become a full-fledged waltz. That might just be my interpretation, however, as I'm pretty obsessed with waltz music.
See if you can't edit the dynamics around to push some more emotion out of this even though it's not supposed to be serious. I don't have any specific spots in mind. Just experiment with crescendos, decrescendos and sudden jumps in volume. Just doing that can add a surprising amount of emotion to something (it's probably what makes a lot of minimalist music listenable at all).
Also, towards the end I think a more gradual fade into, say, pianissimo would sound nice. Currently it's a little on the abrupt side, but it's not a huge deal.
But, yeah, you've done a great job overall. Kudos!
