Equestria Daily's DVD Contesy

We all love it, otherwise it's unlikely you'd be here. Talk about the show and the fanbase surrounding it. Brony music discussions encouraged.

Equestria Daily's DVD Contesy

I entered this as part of my contest entry, this was kind of an easter egg/shoutout. Can anyone actually read wingdings?

Oh, the big stuff's not part of it, that just says "Once Upon a Time" and "In Equestria".

Now that I think about it I don't even know if he comes here... but maybe Jackle App or Marking Dude or Aussie or Circuitfry or NC might get a kick out of it.

I gave up translating it at "Yes, I am a Silva Hound Fan. Caoibbean Queen".

Oh man, I panicked for a second. I was afraid I typo'd on it. The symbols look very similar but that's an "r" not an "o." How'd you do that? I figured y'all'd just use the lower case vowels in the title. I imagine it'd be a lot easier that going trial and error down the keys.

Once you get some of the lyrics it's pretty easy to figure out the rest.

This. It's tedious as hell though.

So um, you could also uh...translate it for us. That'd be kinda nice...

Man, that does seem tedious. My high school Geography used to write his bonus questions in wingdings, and I always thought it was kind of fun trying to decode it... more fun than the rest of the test anyway.

Everything after the first line is lyrics from Silva Hound's Drinks On Da House! album (and by that, they're lyrics from various other songs). The first page is Twilight Sparkle and Nightmare Moon, and the second is Applejack and Pinkie Pie. The top line on the second page says something about how I especially liked his remix of Jackle App's Giggle at the Ghosty (Ponyhouse Mix).

Something interesting I learned from doing this, I think he sentence mixed Donna Summer for Applejack. I don't believe she ever said "I need some hot stuff baby this evening."

Nice to know Silva is one for keeping on top of things at all times.

I didn't tell you about that? It was one of the first things I did so I may have been too nervous to contact you back then. Man, it feels like 100 years ago.

By the way, I love "The Seventh Wonderbolt." I really hope Ashleigh Ball gets some solo songs this season.
