Except your solo lost speed and dragged the song!! Try recording with a metronome going through the headphones, rather than matching the speed of your first recording. Set a speed that is comfortable for you, not your ear. That said, the solo's melody was perfect. Timbre was perfect. Just keep practicing!!

Also idea: Have you considered body percussion in your recordings? I can imagine it sounding really good here....


The ending was cut off, imo. Let the chord ring out more! (Edit) Or cut the chord off before cutting the recording - it will sound more natural.
