The background effects don't seem to mesh with the song, but the visuals are nice, and the rest of the song is cool. But that wind thing is messing with the feel of the song.

I sort of agree with vladnuke. The wind effect was cool for the intro, but it got annoying after a while. Otherwise, I really dig this whole track.
