I haven't heard a Hardcore cover of this song yet, so I made one up really fast.

I already have something else sent for Pinkamina Party, but once this is finalized maybe I should submit it as well? It's w/e.

Also, this is my first post on the site so yo whatup, etc.

EDIT: Updated link with updated version. Not quite there yet.

You say this is hardcore? Huh. You might want to amp up the gain, and distort that bass drum of yours. The subbass is also lacking.

But aside from the genre-issues, it sounds nice and simple. You might want a duet of melodies. That always fill in the empty spaces nicely. A nice flowing melody would also work. Not a looping one, mind you. Something that brings you through the song and keeps your attention. Considering that this is a remix, you're going to have to rely on aspects other than the original melody to keep the audience's attention. Perhaps a high hoover solo! Or maybe a drum break! Okay maybe not the drum break.

But yeah, this so far sounds a bit unfinished due to the fact that the solo synth doesn't seem to hold on its own when played against the "My BBBFF".

Keep working at it!

Yeah, I'm aiming for the happier side of things with this one and one of the first things I noticed once I listened to it was I wanted a lot more varied melodies. Probably going to have an arp and some fixes to the bending synth. There are spots that drag as well and the transition to the second break needs an overhaul. As for the kicks, I might put them through an analog distort to them a 90s hhc feel.

Def. a ways to go, so thanks for listening and ideas!

Updated with some string bizness and various bric-a-brac.
