Why's that?

Some games I play for graphics because that's really all there is. (Destiny for example has about 3 hours of story)
Some games I play for the story (Pokemon mystery dungeon is a prime example.)
Right now, fallout isn't one of those games where I have felt anything special in regards to having a lot of interest in playing. It seems like there is a lot of story aand back story that would take a decent amount of time trying to get into. Plus based off playing new Vegas for about 10 hours, the mechanics of the game were not good enough to keep me wanting to play. :/
So at this point, for me personally, graphics would be the best push to get me to wanna play this game

$1300 sounds about right for a 17" PC laptop, especially if it's got good RAM and CPU speed. Tack on more for a GPU and dedicated graphics RAM, which it will need if BAC plans to use it for any kind of graphics production. (Rendering could be fine on smaller computers, although it would take much longer and you would be basically unable to use the computer while it's working, and you wouldn't be able to view what you were about to render beforehand anyway.)
My new laptop has 8 GB RAM, with a 2.90 GHz Quad Core CPU, and there's no dedicated graphics processing. It cost upwards of $800, so as long as BAC's computer has the graphics processing, I think $1300 sounds reasonable, and $720 is a goddamn steal.

Lol no, not in any game in the last 5 years I can think of except perhaps MOBAs like League or Dota. If it has the proper output you could run Windows in 4k, but good luck playing any games like that.

I never specified when it would support 4k.
Yes I know it would for running just the os, but less likely on games for sure because yea
I know how things work :/
I've been looking at this computer like it only costs about 220 because that's what I would have to pay (because grad present.)
