[Bronies Are Cool]

Colorado has been getting tornadoes plenty over the last few days. I saw one up close at work. I was outside as one was about a quater mile away in an open field. Luckily, it didn't get any closer to me, but there are other tornadoes around here that have caused some damage. My boss's wife's grandmother had died this morning because of one. :/ and it's raining a lot. There is still plenty of damage left over from last year's major flooding. I just hope that there isn't a lot more damage to come this year.

Yisss! 2014 GalaCon starts in two days!

This means that I'll travel down south tomorrow.

This means that I'll have to pack today.

I don't think I'll be as crazy as last year when I had the splendid idea to lug the Miniak and the MPC2500 around just because I wanted to meet a fellow musician. Didn't even have any speakers. But maybe, just maybe I'll be nuts enough to pack the MPC again, heavy as it is, and when I've got nothing to do, I can just sit down and prepare the drum tracks for a couple of song projects. Or recreate the CR-78 preset rhythms at my hotel room out of boredom. Or something.

Then again, hauling the Miniak was easier than hauling the MPC.

(Speaking of the MPC: Sweetness, yet another new JJOS XL version released!)

Anyway, I know that it would be a chance that I go to rotl this year but I don't really wanna tell my parents. :/ I might get creative and find a way to go and stay at a friends house but tell my parents I am camping with a friend so I'll be gone a few days. Lol me so bad.

Yeah i guess so. I still feel bad. My good local friend is hanging out with Cherax all weekend and I'm staying home yet again. Urgggh. **throws self down flight of stairs**

Meh its a catch 22. If i went i couldnt justify the cost and there's always the chance it could be as much fun as Twi at the Gala.

What if we tried to get a bunch of people to go to brony on next year from mlr? Or at least have a little meet up if us mlr users do go? I think that would be cool. We would be able to meet eachother in real life for once. (Unless some of you have already met before.) anyway, what an awesome opertunity.
