Defqon 1 2010 CD4 mixed by The Sound Of Defqon

It might have gaps (in that not all tracks link), and it might have two shitty (imo) tracks in it (seriously, that Psyko Punkz track is horrible), but god I love this mix. First time I heard it so long ago I didn't know any Hard Trance, Techno, Tekstyle, Schranz, Crossbreed and Industrial Hardcore. Yeah okay, and Dubstyle. Some took a long time for me to get into (Schranz took me about 2 months, Techno and Crossbreed a lot longer for example), and I love it. I remember how amazed I was when I first heard Final Destination, like "how the hell does this work?!" Ahh, good times.

Watched a great movie called Sound of Noise. It's about 6 drummers who basicly "terrorise" Stockholm with music. It's awesome, and has the best soundtrack ever!

SO I finished watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica recently. And this song. This song is the reason why I love J-pop/general Japanese music. J-pop/rock has some of the coolest musical features in them and everytime I hear key changes used so flawlessly like in this song (Connect), Gekidou by UVERworld and God Knows by Hirano Aya I have musical orgasms.


But after watching that anime, this song is the biggest musical embodiment of tragedy I can think of right now. Everything is terrible.
