This is why England and Scotland should be better friends. Tea is awesome. Shortbread is awesome. Put them together and it's even greater than the sum of its parts (eery: it's a kind of biscuit. Kind of buttery and crumbly)

Ok. Story time. This one has a good moral.

July 4th. I hate it usually. It's just boring. I don't care about America much.
I was at a party and I was kind of getting bored so I left to go home about 50 minutes away.
I'm drivin down a road in the absolute middle of nowhere at 100 mph and the limit is 55. Then at one point, it turns to 35 so I slow down a lot to about 50. A quarter mile after it turning to 35, I get pulled over. Crap
My heart was pumping. I can't afford to get a ticket.
Cop comes up to me. Asks me if I've been drinking, drugs, smoking, etc. I have not, I say no. Apparently my eyes were blood shot red. Reason was because of dirt flying into them from riding on an offload vehicle without eye protection.
Cop asks me why I was pulled over.
I say I was speeding.
He asked me how fast I was going.
I say 100.
Cop acts surprised a little.
"A hundred!?!?"
Me: "yea. A really stupid and poor choice on my part."
Asks for my license and registration and title of car.
Get them all and he goes back to his car.
My friend is just in the passenger seat with me.
Cop comes back.
"How fast we're you going?"
"About 100"
"Really?"
"Yea. *really shameful feeling kicks in. Did you clok me?"
"Yea. I clocked you at 49. The speed limit is 35. I'm gonna let you go without a ticket because you were honest. Please drive safely home. Have a good night."

I am so humbled by this. I need to not speed anymore.
Moral: honesty is the way to go.

Come to The Netherlands. We have a beautiful land, generally nice people, people who speak horrible English (THE ACCENT UUUUGH), and we have lots of delicacies y'all should taste.
Alternatively I advice Denmark. It's boring and beautiful as all hell, the ideal place to chill out.

Today, I spent a lot of money. I purchased a new iPod and a case, as well as a bunch of mlp merch from hot topic. I got a new mlp shirt, mlp socks, mlp wristband and a doctor who necklace for mah sistah. I spent too much. I already spent over 300 this weekend alone. I am such a compulsive spender. :/

Not even slightly. For one I can't afford to spend that much right now and 2 I couldn't even when I could afford it. I see stuff I'd like to have like anyone else, but I never really felt that strongly about it so I didn't end up spending all that much.

Also didn't you mention that you had an iPhone at some stage? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but if you already had an iPhone why would you buy an iPod? They became pretty much obsolete.

I have an iPhone, yes. 2 actually. An iPhone 3GS and an iPhone 4. Now I have an iPod 5 (16gb edition)
What is wrong with me?
No. I have no phone service on either phone. Both are kind of slow for modern apps. I just got something new for the newer apps and stuff. Plus a better screen.

Well, an iPhone doesn't exactly have a lot of storage. That's why I bought an additional 160GB iPod Classic which has already been full for quite some time.

I recently got a kindle. I sorta cancelled the first time because I was unsure if I should get it, since I'm a bit broke. Even then I spent a bunch of time beforehand deciding to buy it or not. I do that shit a lot, so I think I'm sorta the opposite of a compulsive buyer.
