Turns out this dude I've known over soundcloud for about 2 years goes to my uni. We were walking along on a coffee run and we started talking production and when I asked for his soundcloud we both had this massive 'HOLY SHIT" moment.

It was pretty neat

I feel extremely awkward wishing people happy birthday. Like, I feel like I should do it, cause I guess people like it, bu I also feel kind of hypocritical.(Not sure if that's the right word to use here.)

I know what you mean. It can feel weird in some ways, but in general people definitely do appreciate it, so it's always good to do I think... even if it often feels lame and obligatory.

Basically just the final steps taken to polish a song off. You render the full thing and apply effects to the whole song (which is why it's called mastering). It usually involves compression to reach a certain volume for most mastering sessions, but it also extends to EQ work, subtle room reverbs, and generally just adding some final polish before release. Since it's actually a very small step in the whole process, be aware that you should put more point on mixing and composing the song well, otherwise mastering wouldn't really add much to help the overall sound.

Yes!
It's fully capable of doing FM and RM, however it has little less control then say FM8/Sytrus, that being said massive is definitely easier ^^

it does have FM in the modulator oscillator, so technically yes. You can also fake FM-type sounds using only subtractive synthesis depending on how well you know what you're doing.

Tombstone announced, last summer i believe, that he was done making pony music and going to conventions. Once season 4 hit he (along with a few others) started up again. He'll be doing about 6 conventions (but not bronycon).

You might want to just get an account on eqbeats. You can upload an image, upload the wav, and it will then import a single thumbnail video to your account if you enable that. If you want to go more hi-tech get Vegas or Adobe Elements (much harder) but those aren't free....
