Dunno why you guys are still discussing here. XP

For right now, I am kinda busy with college schoolwork, so TLK4 will probably be happening this summer. It MIGHT happen earlier, if we have people who are interested, and I can find time to set it up, and such.

I'm still thinking about changing the structure from TLK3 to something else, as this one still cost me a ton of time, and some aggravation happened on my part at the end, which I don't think benefited the album at all, and I apologize for.

Specifically, I'm thinking of changing the sign-up methods, since that didn't seem to work out completely well... again. Maybe I'll try to make the OP of the thread simpler, so it's not a wall of text. XP

I'm also considering doing something for people who have done past TLKs. I tried to include some vets in TLK3, but I only got one that worked out, so I suppose I should change how that works.

Lastly, I think we might benefit a ton from a more dedicated person to critique or give out advice on tracks, or even give some quality control on the final products. It seems to me that when we get reviews on these albums (looking at vladnukes posts), and people get advice and critiques that probably would have been more useful BEFORE the tracks were finalized and published. Not that our current peer reviews aren't bad, but I think we could use a system that utilizes, or even requires more professional advice.

While I know some people might not like more changes to the TLK system, I think we can still make a better environment that produces our product with more quality, and with less organizational work. But for now, I'm still considering things, and am waiting for a time when I have less of a workload.

I don't think I gained a single follower or sub from this xD
Not to say it wasn't fun, though.

So am I eligible for this hypothetical TLK4? :3

Posting this here in the old thread to see if we can get some more exposure on this before I go about making a new thread when I start the next album.

A substantial group of people have been proposing that The Lesser Knowns group change it's name, and make a new album that isn't just Volume 4 of TLK. Therefore, I have started a vote, including some of the names that have been proposed. If as many people as possible could express their opinion on this, I'd be grateful.

Please, not something so blatantly pony related. To my understanding this is not a specifically pony album. If it was then I have no clue how my track got on the last one.

The next album should be happening relatively soon. I have most of the information ready, but we're doing a few votes and such to get ready.

...the answer to this isn't very straightforward. we are kind of hosted on MLR, which is a brony musician community, and a large portion of the tracks in TLK are pony. We also have the CMC as mascots... kind of. On the other hand, don't worry about your track not being pony enough or anything, as there were basically no song requirements on the last few albums.

In other news, we have a new vote for you all to do. Just to be sure whether we want to change or not, I'm taking the most popular new name and having a one-on-one vote.

Well, if it's named something obviously pony related I won't be participating. I don't expect that to change the name if you're set on something though, I'm not that important :3
