[WIP][Sorta-Pony][Trance] Sound Of Love (ft. Shisno)

I'm very happy with how this is turning out. As for the "Sorta-Pony" tag, it was inspired by ponies although I don't plan on adding samples or lyrics. The melody was created by the completely unknown but awesome Shisno.

This is pretty cool. I actually don't have much experience in making this style so I cant give much advice (sorry) but I can tell you your doing something right.

nice melody, very soothing. could see this as a comedown sorta track after a long nite of dancing. I enjoyed it.

I think this song could have used some more variation to it and kept the repetitiveness to a minimum, but overall I really like this. That's a very catchy melody you have there!

Also, try adding some plenty of ambient and sustained pads or chords to the song to really brighten up the song nicely and make it more trance-y and uplifting. And have you tried adding a tiny amount of reverb to the percussion? I think it's worth experimenting with in this song.

And I have to ask, how did you create that pluck synth, exactly? I've been trying to perfect the pluck synth myself for quite some time now. You just modulate the cutoff frequency with an tempo-synced LFO or an envelope, right?
