<Pony><Original> Rainshine & Sunbows

So, I'm thinking of doing more tracks sorta like this, with semi-muffled kicks, warm pads, arp-y leads and offset bass to hold it all together. I really like the overall feel to it and the ability to infuse a nice harmonic chord progression between the bass, pad and whatever else I might want to throw in. But, first, I'd like to get some feedback to see if there's something I need to do here.

There's alot of lot of bass and lo-mids in this (2 kicks layered, Bass synth and the pad), so if you feel it's too muddy let me know. Or anything else for that matter.

Thanks!

I like how this sounds! Just one thing really, the "clap" that comes in at :15 sounds intrusive and just doesn't sound like it fits well throughout the entirety of the song. :\

Like it could use some more EQing to make it blend more? Or just throw out the sample altogether and find a more subtle one?

Haha I wish I knew honestly. I'm not sure what to do with it exactly, I'd assume changing the volume or EQ so that it doesn't stand out so much.
