So where do you lot come in? All I need you to do is download the MIDI, and remix it in your own style. What I will then do is have each remix play one after the other. This means that you need to keep to some limits so that the remixes blend in better (since the contrast in styles will be a big enough seam). Here are the rules:
- No changing the chord progression (but you are allowed to alter the placement of the notes - here's an example).
- No changing the tempo (which is 90BPM) or the length (~20 seconds)
It'd be really great if we could get a lot of people in on this! Have fun, and post a URL to the .mp3 once you're done remixing.
EDIT: Adding an intro and/or outro could really help with the blending in of styles, even if it is just a note held for a half beat or whatever. See what you can do.
