Why does time fly faster in online games?

Guys, I went into an online casino "for five minutes" and left two hours later - how is that possible? It's not boring at all, but I didn't win anything - time just flies. Is this an interface bug or is the brain being fooled?

And when you remember, it seems like you spent whole day there. This is part of the "trap" - the process seems intense and short at the same time.
