Who have you introduced to the show?

We all love it, otherwise it's unlikely you'd be here. Talk about the show and the fanbase surrounding it. Brony music discussions encouraged.

Was airsofting, people saw mah gun "Hey, cool F2000! Wait, pony sticker?" And then I tell them that the F stands for FLUTTERSHY. And then they go home and watch the show, probably.

Only one person, my sister.

But she's introduced 10-20 people to it. :P

And I got really close to converting another person.
currently on a hiatus from actively making music due to school

Other than my family, none. My friends didn't need it. They had a resident brony there waaaaaaay before I got there.

Does myself count? I guess some random internet friend had something to do with it, but it was mostly my accursed curiosity.

I'v introduced my little brother to the show. I showed him Sonic Rainboom. He likes it a lot. His favorite character so far is Fluttershy. Which is kinda weird because he's exactly like Pinkie Pie. Maybe with a little Rainbow Dash thrown in there. I can't wait to show him more episodes.

My friend on the other hand. He says he thinks he could watch the show if it weren't for his love of Adventure Time. Like he would be a traitor to A-Time if he suddenly started watching another show. Weird huh. I think he's just using it as an excuse because he doesn't want to hurt my feelings and say he doesn't like it. I dunno. We'll see what happens.

After my friend got me in to ponies, i started parading it around in a sense, and inadvertently got two of my closest friends into ponies. now they're trying to convert two of my other friends into bronies, and i am happy.

Like, 2 people. I don't think I need to force it, so I just show it to the people that might want to watch it.

I think I was the first person at my school to get into the show, so save for the freshman class, you could probably trace every other brony there back to me somehow. Directly, I've probably introduced around 10-15. Indirectly, I have no idea, because shit just kind of floats around without ever getting a name slapped on it at my school.

I got two of my best friends into it.
I told one of them she was required to watch it, but only because I knew she'd like it! She was slightly upset at first, but then she was like "Daaaamn, this show's awesome!" (Direct quote).

For some reason I mentioned watching it to another friend. I figured he'd forgotten about it, but half a year later he starts talking about how much he loved the first episode. Who knew?

Other than that, most of my friends think it's a bit weird that I watch a show about ponies. Oh well.

My little brother introduced me to it, and I've showed it to a bunch of dorm mates at school. For the most part they're indifferent about it, and make playful jokes about me being a brony, but it's all in good fun. One of them watched the first episode of his own accord, but I don't think he'll keep watching it.

I've only now noticed that my school has this cabal of 13 or so like-minded people which I happen to be part of, and in there, we have mostly bronies. We have maybe two people that don't care for the show. The rest are bronies. We're all Science Magnet, and we end up pulling in more and more people. Just today, Jen (our resident scene-kid) pulled over another person, who wasn't a brony, but was explained what exactly bronies are. I just hope we didn't put on too much of a show. And that she actually watches the show. And that we don't turn into a fraternity. Yeah.

Wow that's awkward.

I've only showed it to my sister, sending her some videos and images. She seems like she would give it a try since its cute and funny, two things she likes.

Same here. Me and my sis used to watch Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends together. So, MLP was a pretty easy sell once I told her Lauren Faust was behind it.

She's definitely not a full-on fan, but we still watch it together every now and again.

I managed to get my little sister into the show. At first she associated it with all of the other girly stuff she had come to despise (she's a self-proclaimed tomboy) but she eventually watched a few episodes and liked it. Now, the show's all she ever talks about.

The best part of her conversion? At one point, this same twelve year-old girl actually managed to find out about Cupcakes. And her response after reading it?

"That story was lame!"

I was in stitches for a good fifteen minutes.

I haven't really introduced anyone to the show itself. However, one of my friends haven't watched it yet but have decided to watch it during the summer (he'll probably be taking an early summer break so that might happen soon). I can't take credit for that, but I do think me being a bit more open with my interest in the show lately have helped nudge him closer to the decision to watch it a bit quicker.

I also sent him a zip of my Poni music folder. Though I put any BBBFF/This Day Aria/Love is in Bloom related songs in a folder named "Spoiler". Don't want to spoil the season 2 finale for him.
