i've been lurking on and off for a while and finally decided to make an account,
I've been doing music for around 9 years now, i started with guitar and soon started playing around with electronic music production, i hope to make lots of new friends here who share the same passion with music (and ponies ofc lol) :)

I'm Fifteen and have played blues and classical guitar for a large majority of my life but got bored of it so I switched to electronic music.
I'm slow on Ideas but when I get them they're halfway decent, (I've only done music composition for about 8 months so I don't have a firm grasp on basic song-writing)

Hello everybody/pony!

I´m Kitara poika (In english it means simply "Guitar boy" ) .

So yeah. I´ve been a brony about 3-4 years now. And I´ve start to make pony music last year. My music is mainly metal and rock. Sometimes orchestral or ambient. I also like to make covers from famous fandom songs. I also like to collaborate with peoples and most famous name´s I´ve worked with are probably Pinkie Rose and MegabyteBrony.

I use Fl Studio 11 with various VST´s and VSTI´s. Nothing much to tell about them. I play guitar and bass. I also like to sing alot. I do normal vocals and death metal growls (though I´m still practising those)

Other than that I like to draw and play videogames. I´m a bit shy person, but still I like to chat and make new friends.

And about my music taste. Well yeah I´m a huge metal and rock fan. Favourite subgenres are progressive rock/metal and extreme metal (death metal, melodeath, black metal, thrash metal etc.) but I also like many other subgenres. Sometimes I listen orchestral/classic music, country and ambient.

Hey,
I've been playing the guitar for about 10 years, but I only got into actually producing stuff 4 years ago, about the same time I started watching MLP.
Unfortunately, I didn't really have time to finish tracks in the last two years (A little tip: don't become a physics major if you value your free time and/or sanity!), so I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things right now.

I mostly make orchestral songs, though I'd like to branch out into more experimental genres once I know a bit more theory.

I mean, I'm probably not going to use too much theory when I make experimental stuff, but that's kind of why I don't want to do it just yet. I actually want to learn some theory and working on orchestral tracks is the best way to do that (at least for me).

I'm Dumb Fabric! I make pony related harsh noise. I also make regular noise under a different name but I didn't want to exactly associate that name with MLP (I've had it for years and years it would be out of place) so I made Dumb Fabric. I'm pretty active on the #bronymusic IRC and I'm trying to fit in with the music community but there's like 2 other brony noise artists. That's a hyperbole but it sure feels that way...

Hi, My name is HipsterPonyRavenHorn and I... well struggle a lot with music, but it's a huge passion of mine. I want to get better, I want to get in this community, I've wanted it for the longest time but I've always been to afraid. Well, my mental stability seems to be in a good point for me to break into a few uncomfortable things so I might as well start here.

A few things about me:
I was and am planning on going back to school for Audio Production
I technically am employed to do audio/visual editing for a youtube channel
I've played the bass on and off again for about 5 years now
My first two names are Luna and Octavia, though many of my friends just call me Tavi or Raven.
My right hand was torn off when I was in high-school, and though it was re-attached the reduction in movement that I experienced cut my several year streak of playing the flute weekly for practice hugely, as well as killed my ability to play most instruments since I'm also left handed, and would have to re-learn most of them.
I've played a total of about 14 or so instruments over the course of my life so far, most for a year or less.
And finally, my best Pony is Bon Bon, though I honestly could give you no logical reason as to why this would be.

Hey, my name's FaithDragon, I go by Faith Dragon Music on YouTube and my focus of music is centered around Metalcore/Electronicore music, something that I've been listening to since 2010-ish.

I'm currently 19, been playing drums since I was 10, guitar since 12, and only just got into everything else that I currently do (Bass, vocals, synth, etc.) at 17, so I'm still kinda learning there, haven't really got much music released at the moment, but I'm trying to fix that.

Electronic music has been one of my hobbies on and off (mostly off) since the 1980s. (I'm in my 40s now, how did that happen?) Seeing all the pony fandom music over the last few years has inspired me to try to get back into it again. Maybe someday I'll actually finish and release a pony-related track :P

I like most kinds of music, but my favorite genres are probably trance and classical.

I also studied some math/dsp stuff in college, if anyone wants to chat about such nerdery.
