Actually a good question. Did some section of the forum close off?

Yeah it's cause of the Spam Thread's deletion. If it was still there I'd have around 5000+ posts myself now haha.

I hope that this new mystery dungeon game has a good story.
So far, I'm about 4 hours in and it seems to still be "holding my hand" as if I still have just started.
I hope that aspect of the game holding my hand does not carry through for the entire game.

There has been some slightly amusing parts already. But nothing about the game has really "hooked" me quite yet.

Frankly I'm not really surprised. So far every game that I've seen getting a special 3D re-do has done nothing but shine its fancy new graphics. It feels so effortless in a way...

Yea. Kind of. And this isn't even the first entry with the 3D graphics.
I wonder if the developers wanted to go a more serious and older age group route, but were told to dim it down by higher order executives. That would explain it.
I'm about to continue so, I might update about if it changes or not.

*edit*
I do like how now, they are making reference to the other games. Where as before, all the games seemed disconnected.
They have tip-of-the-hat returning characters. They may not play major roles in this game, but they exist and pass through town or something and I see them and go "hey. I know you. It's me! Remember me!" Oh gosh.
It would be kind of cool if they recognized me.
...
Except one did. However, because of the amnesia that you have in the start of every game, your Pokemon doesn't recognize them back.

Of course, none of what I just said is spoilery in any way. It's all just what you can infer from talking with random strangers and villagers and such.

Edit**edit**
It's annoying how incredibly slow you level up. I am about 13 hours in at this point and am level 16.
On any other one, I'd be closer to the 30s at this point.

*******edit***edit***edit*********
The speed of the game is picking up. Very reminiscent of the second game at this point.
Also, more references to the old games are coming up. I really enjoy the continuity.
I also want to add that the world in this game is pretty big. They have continents now. So, one continent has about as many places as one of the old games. And there are at least 4 continents. I haven't even been to them all, but I hope they all have a similar number of locations to visit as the first continent.

**edit**edit**edit**edit**
This game is getting really good now. :3

Setting up an industrial printer to scan documents into a server and troubleshooting all the issues that are preventing this from being successful is > fun.

Here is my problem.
The printer isn't Windows or Mac specific so the settings are pretty general so that either kind of network would be able to use this printer.
We have a workgroup instead of a domain.
The printer used to be on a domain but now it's on a work group.
Everyone can print to it just fine. Just, nobody can scan it to their folder.
I have the folder selected as a destination folder.
All tests to connect to it are successful. So that's not an issue.
The folder is shared and I have typed in my username and password to access the shared folder. Also successful.
When I scan, it fails and says to check the "scanned error list" to see what the error is.
The error is always just "error". No numbers. No code. No name. Just simply "error" and no more information.
My face ._.
So yea. That's the real work within the IT industry.
Computers are easy.
Printers are > easy.

So I haven't been on here in a while. I've been kinda busy with uni and all that stuff, but I got some good news! I have a job lined up for the new year as a glassy at a pub (basically a waiter). Not exactly what I would have picked first but it'll be nice to earn some money for a change.

Congrats to Biggie :) Money is nice to have.
Hope you like the job.

I've reached a new level of bad habits, and now I sleep through my alarmclock all the time... It kinda sucks, cause now I realise I have to address the actual problem. Instead of getting a louder alarmclock, I need to get to sleep in time :I And that's way harder than it sounds...

On the topic of threads, I've soon sewn on 200 patches on my student overal... I think I'm at 170-180 or something (counting is hard), and I've got plenty more to sew on. To put that in perspective, most people in my chapter don't go over 100 in their full 5 years, and I'm halfway through my 2nd year. On avarage I'd say I spend 15-20 min to sew on each patch, and I use about 2 meters or thread (much guess, very inacurate probably)... That would mean that I've spent about 60 hours, and 4 km of hread on this!!! (And if I had to guess, around $400... wow...)
I wonder if it's payed off though... I mean... I haven't ruined any other set of clothes... and that's what they are made for...
Totally worth it for the fun though :P

I'm not a dog/cat person as I like both dogs and cats equally but in different ways.
Dogs are more energetic and I love their energy sometimes.
Cats are more calm, kind of like myself.

I passed 200 now. I have Chrysalis, Vinyl, Rainbow, Scootaloo. Also an Apple Bloom patch signed by Michelle Creeber, not gonna sew that on tho. And still don't have the Rarity approved badge either. I hope they sell them at BUCK, cause then I can complete that collection.
