Agreed. Guys, it's known that NSFW stuff have been ruled out of this forum. Whether it's funny or not, or whatever reason you have to put it here, it just doesn't belong here.

It started gruesome, to the point of having felt the most horrible sensation ever that scared me shitless (which also caused me to make a very twisted Harsh Noise recording), but thanks to the optimistic guys of the FiMMusic team, I managed to have a cheerful end of weekend anyways. Friendship truly is magic.

Well sucks to hear that Hasbro issued a cease & desist letter against Jan Animations, but not too surprising. Very sad, but you fly too high to the sun and you get burned. :(

You can't use official trademarked characters in animations that are Hasbro level. They stop being fannon and start becoming copyright infringements.

You need to be authorized and liscenced IF you aim that high (like the MLP comic and everything on WeLoveFine) which Jan Animations was not doing. Who knows, maybe they can work something out or sell a bootleg DVD at bronycons at least. I've put my thoughts here and here. It's a shame but I'm not really that surprised this was going to eventually happen.

There really is a difference. The spam thread was a place where bullshit was allowed free reign, which led to people going bonkers and quoting a movie script, and others quoting the entire thing in the same page (aka. it needed constant babysitting). The discussion thread is one that encourages civilized discussion, which rarely happened in the spam thread.
