Sports, politics, movies, videogames, questionable hobbies, photos from your family vacation, etc. Talk about stuff that isn't ponies or music. But do try to stay on topic and respectful of alternate opinions.

Depression sucks. Not gonna lie, but it really does. Depression makes me feel like I am worthless and my work is worthless and everything that I do is worthless. Depression is a killer when it comes to being creative mostly because I get negative feelings about my work and just quick it. Depression is what drives me insane and is part of the reason why I liek dem ponies. :3
My habit when I get depressed is a desire to watch porn. Honestly, some of you may not think that that is bad, but that is against my morals personally, which is another reason why I liek dem ponies. I do my absolute best to not to, but I won't lie and say that I'm perfect. Usually the best thin I can do when I feel depressed is take a nap or go to bed. I'm usually depressed when I am tired.
Anyone else ever get depressed or have habits when they get depressed? Got strategies when you are depressed to not be depressed? Or, discuss depression in general and how it affects you or people around you.

I feel a lot like this at times too, and y'know what? It really helps to know that some people have no idea on how to do what you do - music of some genre - and that you are at least better than
this (hopefully). People are often easily impressed as well. Strive for perfection, but be sure you'll never attain it.
oops I dropped the bass
will you pick it up for me

It used to be that I'd get depressed and make music to feel better. But now, 95% of the time I get depressed because of my music.
So now I just do nothing and it lasts for days.

I hide in my room and do nothing when I'm depressed. I kinda lose motivation to do much of anything. It doesn't happen much though, it's usually born of musical frustration.
I'm not here anymore, but if you want you can still just call me Mr. BigBagelBoggle!

I've never been depressed, believe it or not. I try to keep an upbeat attitude as much as I can and it has benefited me greatly so far throughout my life. I've had low points yes like many other people but I still always sift through the darkness to see the positives in that moment, and that's where I keep myself away from such problems.
To add on, I also compress my anger and pack it away, however this has not always helped as there have been points where it has all come out in one steaming mess of me flipping everything over (Has happened twice), in which afterwords it ended up leading to my low points which almost lead to me being depressed, which I then did what I described above.

Video games.
They help take my mind off of things. I like playing Garry's Mod Zombie survival or some Minecraft PVP.
I also just pray about it.
