Just take a sample of a pony saying a vowel, whether it's the middle of a word or so. But make sure the vowel is pronounced clearly. It should sound like they're saying the letter "a", e, i, o, u and sometimes y. Then, take the sample, which should be just the vowel itself, and use some program like Newtone or something to attach the sample to the middle C note. Then export the sample and add it as an instrument, in the sampler, change the volume envelope to the fastest attack, no hold, decay just below 50%, no sustain and release at just about 50% or so. Then you'll be able to control the sample much like a regular instrument, with the only exception being that if you want to hold out notes for longer than the sample, you can't, and you'll need to find a longer sample.
P.S. you'd sync the video with the song, not the song with the video. Unless the video is already made.
