Assuming an average 4 minutes per song, 1032 minutes of music, which equates to just over 17 hours of music. I have nothing but respect for the judges who will have to listen to most, if not all of the songs each, and make fair decisions about the mixing/mastering/composition of each song. Y'know, at this point, if the beginning of a song isn't up to quality, they could just skip around for a few seconds to see if it's interesting and then move on. That'd cut down the time required to listen considerably.

You've always been able to upload a YouTube video, provided it's unlisted. The deadline ending doesn't mean people can upload their tracks publicly yet. That time will come when the actual album is released.

Why are you being so bitter over a harmless joke that's poking fun at the necessary deadline extensions?

Actually, to clarify for everyone:
Circuit did not extend the time so that big musicians or himself could get a song in on time. He extended the deadline because he promised to give out feedback on submissions a week before the end of the deadline. He originally had a team to do this with him, but they all dropped out. So Circuitfry, a man of his word, started giving out feedback on his own and it took much longer, so he extended the deadline to get people the promised feedback. That was the first few extensions.

The most recent extension was because he realized the deadline ended during the middle of work for him, so he bumped it back a little bit to get it at a more opportune time.

There, now you guys know.

AJ_ submitted a song called "First Flight" and Metal Core Pony submitted "Final Flight". This will be interesting.
Also, the highest number of songs any individual submitted was 3 (not counting collabs).

Who cares about the fuckin deadline? If it's pushed back seven years or seven minutes you should take that time to cover your mistakes. Besides, why do most of you care, anyways? I understand that getting into the album is a big deal, but there's nothing to guarantee you'll get any new fans out of it.

That's the problem. My ocd perfectionism is looking for mistakes, and it sees everything!!! When approaching a deadline one stresses oneself to hell and back to make it perfect last minute. And I for one can not handle that kind of stress more than a week or so. When deadlines extend, more stress. (that's how I see it anyway)

By the way, in the case our track will get on the album, will both me and Noah (Dyspro) get to Bronycon?

Last year for BP I believe all participants were eligible to request financial aid, regardless if they made the album or not, although it was on a first come, first serve basis.

The financial aid itself was also not an all-expenses paid trip to BC. I believe it covered travel, and that was it. Hotels, food, and registration costs were up to the individual.

More light will be shed on the process very soon.

And, wasn't it so that we'll be contacted with the question if we want aid? If I remember correctly, that was to eliminate people on the list so they didn't have to pay for people who aren't going or something like that.

The theme is rainbow dash and there for something fast, you dont have to make DnB it just happent to bee that most people seems to like making DnB.
