Yo, I'm srs now, I need a honest opinion before I put this in a youtube vid and send it off to the arena, is this shit hot or not? Yes, binary opinons are allowed. But if you have more to say, that's super appreciated, yo.

Would also like an opinion of the last track I posted here

the first one, fluttershys cottage, the very beginning (0:00-0:22) kinda sounds like a song from the 80's or something. had a warm analog sortof feel to it. but then the stab synth thing that goes at 0:23-1:22 sound a bit exposed, cold, and a bit too clean. a rather large contrast to the smooth intro. with that high pitch pad at 0:52-1:18 it added a sort of surreal and mysterious feel to it. was very interesting! At 1:21-1:42 it again felt somewhat analog like with the pad like organ sound and mallet thing. but then the lead thing at 1:42-2:00 and 2:20-2:40 was a bit too loud. would have sounded better if maybe that was quieter and maybe compressed more? idk. very interesting overall. but to be honest, i wouldn't listen to it in the state that it is right now. so to awnser yo question as you stated, i think that shit ain't too hot. though it is very interesting.

le second song
ooo ahha the beginning sounds like a pipebag solo in some scottish higlands xD :P now for the rest of it, it sounds rather solid. except for maybe the piano thing in the back (i think its a piano), and at various parts there are a lot of silence like at 0:53 - 1:08. Not that silence is bad, but it kinda contradicts the constant movement and jumping that you displayed in the first part of the song. I don't like the piano thing to much because it sounds a bit off beat and notes its playing sound kinda mixed n stuff. maybe if it was a synth with a filter LFO that when down every 8th note on a saw wave it might sound better but i dunno. my mind is just wondering. :P teh pinkie pie vocals at 2:18 i like a lot! the pitch of her voice matches the instruments and that alone is a very improtant thing that i feel a lot of people overlook. just throwing vocals on a song doesn't mean that it always is gonna fit n stuff. because i did it on one of my songs and it makes me cringe anytime i hear it. back to the song. at 2:32 the bassy synth thing is not too attractive. im not to fond of it because it sounds a bit muddy and messy when compared to the simple tunes in the beginning. overall i like the mixing of it in the beginning, but towards the end, it kinda fell apart. mainly because of the bass synth thing.

hope this is somewhat helpful! and i don't mean to be a big meanie critic, i just being honest :P
