I just threw this together to test the concept.
I made ALL the sounds, except for the pendelum drums of course, in sytrus, harmless and synth1. The reggae guitar sound was made from a euro sound I already had, so it's meant to have a more electronic feel/sound. I replaced the vocals with the big eurobeat-ish hits and the brass replaced with that saw sound or whatever. Electric guitar sec replaced with wubs.
EDIT- Daw man, I forgot to make the eurobeat sound or whatever do that that little ripping thing like it's supposed to, like when you slide your fingers across a piano... >_<

Overall, I still like this idea, but I also think this could still be executed much better than it is here.
I plan on doing a better example with the song Pinkie Pie sings "Smile" eventually.
