The melody isn't the most catchy, but the mood and instrumentation that you've captured is fantastic. What did you use for the bells?

True Strike Glockenspeil. But it doesn't sound great without a piano. Glockenspeil should be a bit quieter than piano and piano should be soft and play notes in C5-C6 interval.
Oh, and both instruments play the same thing, it is like a layering.

I thought I couldn't be more disappointed but

I'm not entirely sure if it fits the character. From what we saw, she appears to be very sophisticated and classy, like Rarity on fabulousness-steroids. This song reminds me of a carnival, which is hardly classy or sophisticated.
That being said, I really do like this song, and I get that Frenchy feeling you were going for, but I just don't think it's befitting of a classy upper-crust Canterlot pony.

I always forget that Triangle is actually really good at writing music...because he's always derogatory towards himself and then BAM! Something like this pops up!

Also, it's best to ignore comments that sound like critique, but aren't...like the one you quoted Tri! This person just has a different image of Fleur, it doesn't mean yours is wrong! Heck, this is actually pretty fitting in my opinion! Gotta remember that we have all of a few minutes of her to go on, so her character is very vague...interpretation is key and will be different for many people!
