Okay.
The one thing that this piece is lacking is variance. Your percussive line needs work. It gets stale after a while.
Dubstep, like any other electronic genre is divided into phrases of 8 bars, each bar containing 4 beats. With this, it would be best to not jump right into it.
Rather, start with everything in a filter. At the 5th bar of the phrase, start to sweep out everything. At the 7th bar of the current phrase, add a snare running on 8ths to 16ths and then 32nds. Cut everything and perhaps add the line "I am the Countress!" followed by the hard hitting area.
You really shouldn't take all of that time to build up to the wubby sections. They should come earlier.
All in all, it's a decent WIP but it could still use quite a bit of work.
