I'll take any feedback on this one. It was really super duper fun to make and I hope any of the LPS fans here enjoy it <3.

You heard some of my complaints already, but just to tackle some of the vocal issues:

In the future, just to make sure you make your singer sound fab 100% of the time:

have them send you a bunch of takes (unless they're like me and cut takes together themselves before sending it off to you...even then, try to get more takes anyway). I don't think you particularly want those breaths/breaks in a song like this, and of course it's impossible to sing through this verse without those SO YOU SPLICE TAKES. You're also more likely to put together a consistent sounding performance with that (I mentioned spots of difference in the two verses).

I think for this particular melody, Kris would have had an easier time if the song was maybe a step higher? She's like a mezzo or something right? I don't think it would deviate too much from the tone you want, and those low notes in the hook would probably work better.
