Sounding pretty cool! Here are some ideas:
You've completely changed the chord progressions...which isn't bad, BUT it doesn't fit with the singing melody at all in places...maybe take a relook at your harmonies!

There are a number of parts where I thought "Wow, that's some really, really nice counterpoint, but it's so damn quiet!" many times, the synth that's acting as a counter melody (and a really good one) was too quiet!

I think the first point should be the main thing to look at , but besides that, good job! Is this your first remix?

Not my first, but I mostly tried to match Pony songs with Vocaloid songs before, so it was just a matter of getting the voices to match up to the music. I guess that's my 3rd actual remix now, I'm still a beginner :)

Oh, and you made a few very helpful points, thanks for that!
