Well, to be fair, there is a 6 month deadline. That's a start, at least. Although LoreRD is right, ColeTPony, you should really start to put more information in the description of events that you're organizing. A general list of everything you need to include in the description of events you're organizing:

-genre
-deadline
-location to submit (email, soundcloud, mediafire, PM here on MLR...)
-how you're going to keep unbiased quality checks (judges, etc)
-a little bit about the event
-Reward for making it onto the album, if any reward at all
-what the album is going to promote
-I'm sure there are other pieces of information that would be good to include. Don't leave it out if you think you need to include it.

You have a few of these, but if you ever want to make an event, if you do not have these, then don't make the event or start it until you DO have those requirements met, or at least the majority of them.
