Sorry for responding so late Triangle!

Point Foundation helps out in many ways. They help provide scholarships and financial support, as well as mentors that help them out. I'm terrible at explaining and communicating, even though I know what I want to say.

That might help explain what I'm terrible at trying to explain. There's also this and this.
I'm Decibelle, nice to meet you.

The type of music? Sure! Again, if you're planning on having lyrics, try to make it upbeat, or at the very least, positive.

Ah yeah, I know that feeling. Still doing a few drafts for this myself.

I made a song, but it's not necessarily upbeat.
It's more... ambient trance, I would call it.
I could attempt something more upbeat though, if that is unacceptable. Major keys have never really been my forte (ha) but I could give it a shot.

That kind of music is fine! Again, as long as it doesn't venture into unlistenable/ear-punishing genres, any kind of music is fine.

I may try to do something, but shit might happen. Like TheSunAndTheRainfall said, take me out if the list starts overflowing with people that are more invested. I don't want to fill in a space I'm not using, if you get my drift.

Dang. Okay, lost the file and project file for that song. Extremely careless of me. But I still plan on doing something for this. Oh well, least it gives me a chance to start over again haha.

Hmm...once I get around to recording it, and once I title it, perhaps you'd like a simple piano instrumental? Here's a video of me playing it.

Oh, and don't mind the snarky video title. I am kind of silly and self-deprecating like that. :)

Also, is it okay to use dubstep or electro as a genre if I make it light and somewhat calm?

Sorry for not being active and updating. A lot of real shit is going on in my life, as well as school, and everything is overwhelming me.

I'm going to extend the deadline for roughly another month, because I need some time to catch up and make music, as I have projects going on in the music community and in school. I'm sorry all.

You might want to update and say where things are at with this project in terms of who has submitted finished / incomplete tracks just to see where the overall project is at this point. Just a thought.

So where are we in terms of current projected deadline; is there a hard date? I ask because my own collaborative project is having some difficulties with regards to actually expanding upon our ideas. I pretty much cannot touch any instrument other than the trumpet until my last final day/jury, and the next couple of weeks are gonna be a whole lot of writing and cramming for finals so I dunno if I can even really think about writing anything by the 26th.

my songs coming along great. For the finished product though i'm looking for a vocalist. Someone with a eurobeatbrony style voice. (since i know id never get him to work with me probably). And id also need someone who could mix vocals well since im not really used to working with vocals. Would be great help. Will post WIP sometime soon when i have better internet to upload with
