I have a few stupid questions tho: Where do i submit my song? Can i upload it, to youtube for example, before the album is released? There must be a vote of some kind to choose the album's final tracklist; How strict is it?

If I am interpreting the message of the original post correctly, you should be fine as long as it's HARD and can stand on it's own when played in a tracklist with the completely electronic type tracks.
