Wouldn't it be sufficient to split the songs up into "albums"? Maybe I wasn't reading too deeply into previous posts, but what format is the end product being distributed on?
Online download? Torrent? Physical Audio CD ROM?

(This reminds me of Pony Swag Prime, with the massive amounts of contributions)

Count me in! I'll be doing a thrash metal piece personally, think of something along the lines of Megadeth mixed with Alice in Chains.

I'm willing to collab with someone in addition, so hit me up if anyone's interested.

As far as I know it's just going to be an online download, although maybe making a bunch of physical CDs with all the entries (the songs would have to be recorded as data and not as audio to have them fit, and even then not all may fit in one record) and the art that Owlet's been doing to take to Bronycon might be neat. Or maybe as a best-of audio CD with as many entries as can fit, but that would be a little unfair to everyone who doesn't end up on there.

I agree, a download would suffice. Making a best-of compilation wouldn't be very fair, but making CDs with everyone's songs would be costly.

Nah. Lets not cut any of the songs and just release them all. It really wouldn't be fair. What I could agree with would be releasing a part 2 or something for the people who make two songs for the album.

I missed the first batch of teasers. Should I post my teaser now and hope it gets featured or wait until round two?

Can I join this? I usually put a bit of Hip-Hop in my harder hitting songs.

A couple of questions. I'm finishing an old skool hardcore remix of CommandSpry - Magician's Mind which MAY be perfect for this. Did you guys say show vocal samples are ok or a no go as i have them in there. If its ok to have them I'll check with him to see if he'd like it to be on there.

if you could combine some gabber sounds with the outer limits of your head-exploding style...that would be so perfect.

also yeah I joined this too. I didn't know there was a "join" button separate from the "submit yo crap" button.

Circuitfry on page 3 mentioned this:

Yeah that's fine. The album will be free and is considered a parody, so it's all good to go. (We make money from donations).

(that was in response to using vocals in a song)
