So I come to you and ask if you want to do a remix of my latest, non released, track: Porcelain Doll.
The rules are simple: Send me your take on the track at "Injustrial (at) gmail (dot) com" within January 20th to join the pool of contestants. I will select no less than one and no more than two winners who will recieve the following prize: ROYALTIES!
The royalties will be paid as follows: The winner(s) of this contest will receive a dividend of the EP's income relative to the number of tracks on the finished release EP. For example, if there are 6 tracks on the EP, including the remix you've made, you will receive 1/6th of the EP's total net income for a full three (3) months after the EP's intial release. After which you will not receive any further income from the EP

This is concerning a remix contest I am hosting to put on an upcoming EP (Yet Untitled) and serves as a legal agreement between me (Injustrial) and any others involved.
The winner(s) of said contest will receive a dividend of the EP's income relative to the number of tracks on the finished release EP. For example, if there are 6 tracks on the EP, including the remix you've made, you will receive 1/6th of the EP's total net income for a full three (3) months after the EP's release. After which you will not receive any further income from the EP mentioned.
Should you choose to submit a track, you will retain any and all rights to freely publish and monetize said track, provided you credit me (Injustrial) as the original artist and link to my channel(s) (Youtube, Soundcloud and/or Bandcamp. Links will be provided upon release)
It is asked that you do not release your track before the EP's release. However, you may freely publish your remix anywhere you wish afterwards.
