I like it, but some of the drums sound a bit off beat.

Alright guys. Sorry for the wait, but at long last here is the trailer for this here album we're compiling.

Don't feel bad if you submitted a WIP and it didn't get featured. It doesn't at all mean your track is bad; I just thought it would be best to only feature a few tracks, to make a short-but-sweet preview.

Just to point this out, nearly all you guys submitted your tracks in various different formats (some even with odd wav. bitrates.) So could we agree on a standard file format to submit our tracks in?

Anyway, please spread this video around to wherever you think people might think this is interesting, and let's keep the bass coming! :D

(and by the way, YakFace!, tell me if there's any extra details you'd want in the video description. I wasn't all too sure what to put for it.)
I like music, and I hope that music likes me back.

Yeah when it comes to file format could you all send me either 16 or 24 bit wav files? Preferably 24 bit.

And wonderful preview!!! Lol a very nice mix actually! I'll have to look at everything when I get home from work so I can see if anything extra is needed :3

I would, but I'm physically unable to make anything that doesn't have some sort of wobble in it.

The name of this wonderfull tune I have decided is "Pre-equestrian Era" refering to the time when Discord ruled the land and everything was chaos and nothing made sense. (its tempting to write an in depth analysis on how the turn to a slightly more positive ending symbolises how Celestia and Luna came and made sense of the world... but we all know I didnt think of that when I made it :I )

The other track that I allready handed in, but with no name I have now decided to call "Lunar Solitude", because of obvious references.

Hope you like em (and hope I didnt do wrong in posting the full songs here in this thread). The track in this link is in 24 bit WAV, the other one was 16 bit WAV. You asked for 24 bit depth, should I reupload the other track renderd in 24 bit WAV, or is it ok to leav it as is?

This works just fine! BIt depth doesn't really matter too much as long as it's a WAV file. ^^

I'm downloading it now so I'll let you know my thoughts on it when I can listen to it!

Edit:
Not bad, it's very mid rangy but it works. Would you rather have it be called "Chaotic destruction on Sun and Moon" or "Chaos Theory"?

Alrighty guize!!

There are only 2 days left to get your tracks finished and sent into me!!! I have most of the tracks but there are a couple that I only have WIP's of so get the final track to me ASAP!!!!!!

Also as long as it's a WAV file it don't really matter what the bit depth is....as long as it's not 32....mother of gawd.

Friendly reminder; my email is [email protected]

And finally, I got too excited about this track so I'm going to give you guys a listen to it before the album drops!! The tune is called "Strange Town." It is once again based on Silent Ponyville but this is a take on the more emotional side of the story. I tried to paint a picture with this tune, imagine walking through a fog filled town where there is no body in sight and monsters lurking in the distance.

https://www.box.com/s/wwxhhh59vvsjd8hgz7wl

I also wanted to thank all of you guys for helping make this small little project come to life, it's no balloon party but it's bigger than I thought it would be.

Depending on how good my internet is for the next few days, I might not be able to make the deadline. If worse comes to worst, just use that WIP I posted the other day. It's pretty much the finished project.

That said, I'll try to get my song to you.
