That's very light. I'm starting to question if my own music style is house-like enough.

Anyway, I had another attempt at house (in one form or another) and It turned out better than the last. I think it might be slightly too hard though. And the key change probably won't help the DJ, but I can take that out.

Quality over quantity bro. Make sure they're good, non-generic tracks before saying you're done. It's better to have two good, interesting songs rather than ten generic ones.

Things are going poorly on my end. I couldn't make any good chord progressions for my plucks, so I tried using feedback delay sounds instead, like in the song Sofi Needs A Ladder. That sounded godawful. I'm so stuck. The sound design is going fine, but songwriting is a sloppy mess with no success.

Any ideas?

BTW, I'm making a cross between progressive and electro house. A bit of a deadmau5 style with some other influences. I'm also trying to decide whether to make my song sound uplifting or sexy. I would rather go with something a bit dirtier. Probably like Sofi Needs A Ladder without the feedback delay effects (replace them with prog house plucks).

It's funny, I wrote a page and a half of notes on the song I was going to make for this album, but the song I just started is drum and bass.
