"This will be an album with an street feel, so don't bring white ass brostep/trance shit. IF YOU DO WE WILL LAUGH AT YO ASS. The goal is to sample tracks from the two primary Balloon Party Albums: '100% No Feeble Cheering' and 'Rainbow and Rooted'. Using multiple songs from both albums is preferred, but at the very least one sample from each album should be used. Additional samples, synth, and instruments can be used, just make sure the Balloon Party sample is relevant within the mix (don’t have the sample -12 dB). Document all samples next to your WIP on the chart below. WHEN USING SAMPLES, CLEAR THEM FIRST OR DONT GET CAUGHT. Maximum Entry amount is 3 tracks.

Please keep in mind that the list is subject to change as more people attend. However, if I can’t hear it at a black block party, then the genre is not acceptable.

The album will be free. And in a cassette tape format so noone skips your track.

I’ll give it 8 months.

Make a skit about the zebras at the block party and their neighbors. Noise complaints, hookah, booty-shake competitions, who knows what will happen! Skit deadlines are the same as music deadlines.

Now Introducing Genre Control Mechanism?
If there is too much of one feel, judges will pick the best 5 out of the group".
