Came up with an idea for an assisted SSTO (single stage to orbit) spaceplane. It involves sending the plane to supersonic speeds first with a tow jet, decoupling it, turning on the scramjets in the back, having it accelerate to mach 8, letting it get up higher, breach the athmosphere, and then switch to a liquid fuel rocket to help it achieve the delta-v it needs to get into orbit.

basically the virgin spaceplane on steroids.

I had an interview over the phone with the university I'm interested in. It went pretty well and they're sending me an enrollment package soon! Which means I'm almost good to go. I'll have to make sure I get a decent report card though, but I shouldn't have much trouble.

The guy who interviewed me also gave some course info and explained everything really clearly, which always wins brownie points in my book.

Also we're getting pizza tonight.

after a month of sewing class, I finally got to use a sewing machine today. I was partnered with a guy with the same name as me. Every time we sucsessfully completed a step in our step-by-step class instructions, we high fived and fist bumped. it was awesome. After about 50 minutes, We both sewed about this much thread combined: 16 inches.

I had my final HSC music performance today, and aside form my rhythm guitarist giving me a major scare and not showing up till 5 minutes before I had to go on, everything went really really well!

I performed The Unforgiven by Metallica and The Most Talented Flyers by Acousticbrony. And I like to think I kicked musical ass, because everyhting sounded awesome, none of us screwed up, and everything went the way it should have. :3

Today is a great day in the history of Exokind.
I finally got the government's money to go to the CCL 4 days a week, meaning no more school for a long but unknown length of time.

And next to that, I've started telling close friends more about future plans of my music and how all my music (old and new) works, focusing on all stories and background info. That they were amazed, especially by my story about Omnitronica, why the music industry is the way it is, and how it links to my music (and life), is a huge understatement.
A promise for more to come! I actually have faith in my chances of changing the world.

EDIT - oh and 9/10 reactions on The Fade Of Oblivion, Mental Reboot and the Distraction album (as far as it was done, as it's still WiP) were immense, beyond awesome to experience. That they actually confirmed that what I experiencr through them, they feel too. That just makes me feel like a job well done. I achieved what I wanted to achieve. Mental Reboot got a friend of mine out of his blurry mental state (which he actively described as a full reboot), The Fade Of Oblivion got them to experience the world through Scrooge's perspective (actually having felt him collapse), and Distraction put them in a state of immense amazement, creeped out but especially positively surprised by how I played in on them.
Just amazing. It actually worked.

So yesterday I played together with one of Swedens most famous orchestras... I think, I'm not that much in to the orchestral scene... That in it self is a fuck yeah moment, but anyway. I sat next to the rest of the bass section, who all played double bass, while I played electric bass... fml...

But anyway, the sound they made... I thought never knew a real instrument could make such a phat sound!!! I was like "HOLY SHIT! DAT AIN'T NO KITTY PURRIN! DAT A LION BRUH!!!"
That's a hell of an instrument... If I get the chance I'll need to learn it... <3
