Post your really old tunes!

Sorry if this has been done before, but I haven't seen it yet.

So veterans to the music scene like myself (I'm talking since before ponies were even a thing) should know that it's been a pretty long road to what we are now. We've had our phases, our fads, our different names, all that jazz. The purpose of this thread is to reminisce in the past of the days when you were just starting out learning how to make music, back when the term EDM didn't exist and everything was considered Techno.

It's simple. You see if you can find your old music profiles from back in the day, and link them here so we can all have a laugh at them with you, and look at how much you've improved. I'll start us out.

This was the first tune I ever uploaded anywhere. I was 13 years old, and I was absolutely horrible. I went by the name Hangman X for some reason, and I even made a logo with MS Paint

Then, I started going by the name "Farenheit" deliberetly misspelled because I thought it was cool, which you can listen to at my old Myspace here: https://myspace.com/farenheittechno

I then just started going by the name "Bradley" and then by "Cpl. Bradley" and now I go by "Thermite"

So let's see what you guys got! If you can even find your old profiles lol

Here's the very first thing that I ever wrote. From way back in aught one. It is the epitome of crummy melodies and crummy bass lines.

The earliest thing I can find that I posted online was from 2010. Someone on the VGMusic forums ran this contest called the Conceptual Music Competition. I submitted a piece called Action Spy Springs Into Action to one of them:
http://www.abadoss.net/CMC/Joshua_Taylo ... _CMC34.mp3

Everything from the years in between is either on paper or buried in a backup disk somewhere.

When I look at how much time I've had, I feel like I should be better at this than I am now.

I actually got interviewed on a radio station for this pile of shit haha. It was beck when I knew literally no music theory, had gotten Massive earlier that month and watched a tutorial on how to make that obnoxious growl synth. I can't sit through it anymore.

My first ever track happened out of "why the hell not try to make something and laugh later," on April 21st, 2012. It's DnB, and at the time I was in my addicted-to-Hardstyle phase, and my name was Bass Attaqk for a few days. Then I got weirded out by it and changed to ExoBassTix. A stroke of inspiration I guess. The track was exotic and bass-rich, which I wanted all my music to be.

Yeah. Mixcraft loops. And if I may say so, done pretty well if you ignore the mixing.
When I moved over to FL, I had horrible music, of which none is online anymore. I might put some up later for the sake od having a laugh.

Nowadays I have two more names (Warmonger O and Xalpheon) to spread out, to give my audience a choice in what to listen. And I still don't know any music theory nor mastering.
And this happened, a month ago methinks:

So yeah. I improved.

Since Exo did it I might as well post something reasonably current of mine. I was goofing off trying to play Da Funk on my keyboard and I kept getting it kinda wrong, which lead to me writing out the riff in this song and about a week later I had a full song haha

Oh man. Before i got into ponies i spent a year making all KINDS of hasty lo-fi albums and tracks. A lot were just experimental. Most had the LAMEST vids now that i look back. Best to work out the kinks early i guess. Here's a few

Some of my older subscribers remember that I used to do a lot of guitar stuffs.

I remember your old guitar stuffs! <3 Remember that remix you did of my ancient song Changelings, for my first EP? That was so awesome, I still listen to that, lol.

Anyway, on topic, all of my old tunes, compiled into Mediafire. I think they're downloadable? https://www.mediafire.com/folder/3cxfdw ... _Old_Tunes!

Dunno. Anyway, this is everything from when I started making music, up to just before what's on my SoundCloud now.

Speaking of my SoundCloud, insert shameless self plug.
10/15/2014 - I finally return to ponies? Maybe.

Actually it was more like 10/12/2015

My current SoundCloud, pony & non-pony things found here.

I have 4 EP's under this alias!

Somepony talk to me, I are the lonelies. :c

I can't really find my old channels (i just deleted, or re-branded them) but i did find one of my old flp's.
It's called "Snowstrom", and it is terrible, here's the link to the mp3: (genre: no idea)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0h-nj ... sp=sharing

It was one of the first songs i ever made, and i had no idea what I was doing  XD

The following link, is what I can do Now, it's called "Hush - Feat. Mirisha"
(genre: I believe Brostep, but i might be wrong on that)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0h-nj ... sp=sharing

This one is after two years of trial, and error. It took almost 30 hours of work.
(All of the synths are custom made.)
At First I was like (C:) , but then I was like (D:)
