How do you make an Alex S scratch?

Ok so I'm really stumped on finding and experimenting with DJ scratches and to be honest I don't like it so I tried to replicate Alex S scratches. You know the one used in Party with Pinkie? I'm using Ableton Live and I am having trouble finding a tutorial on how to replicate Alex S's scratch sound. If you don't know what sound I am talking about then you know the intro to Party With Pinkie (not VIP)? That sound after that talking bass that goes "Raow". Can you guyzzz please help me I'm pulling my hair out on how to produce this marvellous bad boy :D
