You mean that oscillating, helicopter-y sound at the beginning and end? I don't hear a lot in the way of synths in that piece.

3. LP and BP filter in parallel: BP cutoff offset a smidge over 100Hz and the LP cutoff offset a smidge under 100Hz. 0 resonance.
4. LFO modulates both cutoffs: depth=5-10%
5. There's a flanger in there with settings I don't know enough about to be comfortable reporting. (Mixed at 25%, though.)
My particular synth had other settings that I don't want to bore you with, but the above should get you close.
