I also think everyone should take a look at all the tutorials on Fab Filter's channel. They are very extremely informative and full of useful information, not to mention their products are fucking wonderful.

But yeah, Fabfilter has got some great tutorials/demonstrations, they really know their stuff. Good post, I often never think about phase when EQing and its something I should practice more often.
