I'd personally say you should start with the Sabis (Synth Brass Riffs) because I found those hardest to make fit with the rest of the tracks. If you need to just get synth brass sounds there's a freeware vst called Synth1 that I highly recommend that has user submitted eurobeat presets available here. http://www.kvraudio.com/product/synth1-by-ichiro-toda

Vsts are individual software synths that can be loaded in any major DAW. You will be using quite a few if you plan to be making music. This is kind of music making 101.
