Heres a pic of my studio. Don't mind my messyness lol. The foam on the right fell down lol too lazy as you can see.
Im also an audiophile so I like my speakers. I have many many others off to the side.

Monitors
-Mackie MR-8 Mk2 (great power and bass extention, mids slightly scooped, a tad bright)
-KRK RP-5 G2 (very balanced overall very smooth. doesnt even rival my bros adam a7x though)

Im still getting used to producing though just started february but I actually have had the KRK monitors for 2 years.

Heaphones Pictured
-Beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro (My fav, very analytical sound with tons of detail accurate soundstage)
-KRK KNS 8400 (incredibly sterile accurate sound for the price)
-Grado SR-60 (a bit darker sounding, foward mids, bloated bass, a bit coloured, has a narrow soundstage that would suit tracking)

Other Stuff
-Scarlett 2i2 audio interface (great interface, warm and detailed, stylish and compact. Much better than the M-audio fast track I have)
-Audio Technica AT-2020 mic rebranded (great for the price. very popular)
-Alesis Q49 midi controller (decent, it works lol)
-Ableton launchpad off to the side which I dont really use

Well, as an introduction, and being a bit of a lover of stuff, I figure this would be an okay first post.
I've yet to really buff up my studio, but I make plans to gather some new microphones now, change out my audiocards, because it's been bugging me.

Instruments
Fender Mex-Precision bass.
Modified Coxx J Bass.
ltd five string forest.
ltd b-154.
Heavily modified SX Jaguar bass knockoff.
Mediumly modified SX Jazz bass.
1960's Leif Hansson accoustic guitar.
Minorly modded SX Telecaster.
Ibanez SAS-32.
Höfner Galaxie reissue.
Heavily modified Behringer guitar. (Think sonic youth)
Heavily modified unknown guitar.

Amplifiers
Early 90's JC-120
Mid 70's (cheap) Peavey series 400 bass head
Hartke 5500
Dynacord D-30 cabinet. (Retired, but still have it.)
Ashdown 1x15" (Also retired, but going to a basement rehearsal room)
Aguilar 4x10 bass cabinet (<3, seriously)
Telrad guitar amp. Pretty old trans-amp, but sadly broken. Any amp gurus would be welcome there.

Software
Revalver (Don't use it anymore, but great for demos and late nights)
Cubase Artist 6.5

Random Hardware
AKG Perception 400
Extremely cheap dynamic microphone (actually used this for a while.)
Behringer 4 channel mixer
Samson DI box
ART TCS Rack compressor

Pedals
Boss DS-1
EHX Big Muff
EHX Small stone nano
EHX Nano Clone
Dunlop Crybaby
Ibanez AD-9
Ibanez CS-9
Digitech Turbo Flange
Vox Dynamic Looper

As you can see, my studio part is relatively underequipped, but doing fine as of now.
I am planning on buying more microphones(jc-120 sounds best with two mics, I just can not do that chorus justice with my setup) and replacing the audiocard with something more robust, but before anything I need to replace my busted speakers.

Well, it's been a while since I updated you guys, and I have a post here already, but this is my new "studio".

Hardware:
Audio Card: MOTU Ultralite mk3
Speakers: M-Audio Studiophile BX5 (out of production)
Computer: 8GB RAM, i5-2500k @ 4.4 GHz
Keyboard: Yamaha PSR-170 (Old toy keyboard with MIDI output)

Software:
DAW: Propellerhead's Reason 5.01 (That's it)

Freeware:
