Wat. How did you get Komplete 8 Ultimate? Did you seriously spend the $1000 on it?

How do you people even afford that kind of stuff?! Even with a job I feel uncomfortable spending like 20 dollars on food.

Wow, that's impressive >_> You should be able to get yourself a pretty efficient home studio up and running in just a few months if you get as good money as you're implying from your tax returns.

Might as well post,

Hardware:
Acer Laptop (i5 480m, 4gb RAM)
Casio WK-6500 Keyboard
Polk Audio SDA II towers(these suckers knock stuff off my "desk")
JBL SS-S36 "monitors"
Sennheiser 570HD Headphones
Rockband USB Drumkit (midi drumkit hackz lol)
Kazoo

Software/Freeware
LMMS + ZynAddSubFX

My desk is literally two square folding tables duct taped together. It works though because they are really deep so I can manage to fit two screens, a big ass keyboard, and a laptop on it. I also have a loft bed right over the speakers with an exposed foam underside. I wonder if it works as a bass trap at all? Anyway:

Updates: Because I still can acquire stuff when I'm 15.

Hardware:
Dell Latitude D360 Laptop
A pair of decent Sony Headphones I can't name because it faded away overtime.
A broken MIDI Keyboard
300 GB external harddrive

Software:
FL Studio 10
Reaper (Poking around in it)
Various other free synths and effects.
Audacity
Adobe Audition CS2 (Yes it's actually free, and pretty good for an older program.)

Instruments:
A rubber band

Am I the only ones who see 14 year old's with expensive plugins and gaming computers and feels jealous? Even though a majority most likely pirated the plugins. I have nearly nothing compared to them.

I agree, but it makes you want to learn how to use the program properly and more broadly because you paid for it... or someone paid for it for you

Or, in my case, I'm doing everything on a single laptop using nearly-exclusively free software, it inspires me to attempt to be amazing even though I'm at a disadvantage. Which gives the same result, I make sure I know all the equipment and programs I have down the smallest detail. (and seeing as the manual for ZynAddSubFx is over 80 pages long, this takes a bit)
