Looking for advice on working with samples from the show

Postby silenthoof1989 » 18 Apr 2016 02:03

Hey y'all I've been listening to quite a few tracks where people have taken voice samples from the show and turned them into glitchy loops, one in particular is Shatter (Curse of pinkamena) and i was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to do something similar (i don't want to rip it off i just would like to know the process) any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks allot

Hi first sorry for my bad english i'm from France ^^

in this song i did vocal slicing from fluttershy voice in "so many wonders"

to make this i used the new simpler in "slice" mode in ableton live 9.5 (in FL studio you have "slicex" to make it)

next you need to put a "tuner" in the vocals and pitch your vocals slices with your melody
