Help with lyrical composition

Weeee first post on this forum xP

Anyways, to provide some background, I've been trying to learn how to produce music for around 4 years, now. There's still a lot left for me to learn (Vocal mixing being a big one for me), but the biggest thing that always frustrates me is lyric writing. I love writing song lyrics and producing music to fit, but I always feel like my lyrics are a bit empty. Meaning gets lost behind forced rhymes and cheesy verses, and choruses never come out to be nearly as catchy as I would like them to be.

For reference,

Here's my Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIF3Sz ... rRwyba3j-w

And my most recent song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_mc0Fytu2Y

Again, there are many things I could improve, but right now, I'm hoping to get some advice on what my lyrics are lacking and what I could do to fix them.

Thanks in advance~

I have been writing lyrics long before I started trying out the production and composition thing. I haven't published a whole lot, but you can definitely go to me for help.
