Mostly just working and saving money up where I can. Been doing some music stuff too, currently working on about 8 different tracks, which are all mostly done.

scottish NHS (Stands for national health slowpoke) finally thought it'd be a good idea to get off their butts and agree that I should probably be on hormones by the end of the year so that's gonna happen soon

Happy for you :)

I graduated from job-specific training in the Army, so I'm now a full-fledged signalier. I've been assigned to do computer things for the Army here in the DC area. For now, I'm doing mostly administrative stuff until I get top secret clearance. I can't talk about what I'll do when I have that, obviously.

Since I'm in the area, though, I'm thinking of hitting up Bronycon next weekend. Should be fun.

Hopefully they move quicker than the Australian military. My cousin got grounded for a few years due to some stuff that happened aboard his ship and he was meant to be doing some stuff that required a high security clearance. He's now no longer grounded and back onboard a ship, and never got his clearance so never ended up doing the alternative job they assigned him XD

That's kind of a nightmare scenario for me, for sure. I'm actually fairly concerned because I have foreign travel, most especially to China. That said, I've not heard yet of anyone never getting into the building for their whole assignment.

Hello, young world. I'm back

I've been back and forth on here. It's because I'm doing a lot of things. Working with new people and developing a sound for myself as an artist. I'm trying out new sounds and styles for my works. I've been lacking on a lot of things and I'll try to be more active on here. I missed you all.

I recently got a Simmons SD1000 and plan on possibly making an electronic band. I have the launchpad, the drums, a keyboard and someone who can sing. I have a drummer, an guitar player and pianist as well.
And I'll be the guy who is the connection to the DAW since I have the most experience with that part.
With the help of some people, we should be able to come up with some songs and jam out as a band.
That'll be really fun and will help me musically grow.

I'm also taking a class on music theory on August and so that will really be helpful. I can't wait.

Guess I'll ask here haha. I'm kind of in doubt for which iPhone case to choose. I got a new iPhone 6S and I need a case. These two are the ones I wanna choose from:

I'm still deciding, but I'd like to know which one you think I should take o3o

Thought I'd mention that my study at college that's coming up next week is getting me out of house. As in, I'm sorta moving home. Sure, I'll be home where I am now in weekends, but outside of the weekend I'm in my new room that I'm renting. Super stoked! I'll be buying some new gear soon-ish as I really need to upgrade some stuff (mostly my interface, gonna get one that at least supports multi-track recording and at least two amps).

I'll make sure to show off my new room once everything's there!

That's great to hear exo, I did the exact same thing you are right now (moving out for school etc although no studio in the room because the school provided that.) and it was a blast!

Tomorrow I'm moving my equip over yonder, set myself up for the coming year! I'm nervous, but also lightly excited still.

Still some uncertainties and other business to take care of first, but yeah, this is happening.

Oh hey. The thread turned three years old a couple days. ago. Thank God I made this thread prior to the drama of late '13.
If this place was more active, we'd have reached page 200 by now.

Anyway, I'm thinking I should go on a road trip, but I have no idea where I should go.

I recently discovered that it's really good to just go in a random direction you haven't gone before and just go exploring. So that's my advice :P
