What you want to be known/remembered for

Sports, politics, movies, videogames, questionable hobbies, photos from your family vacation, etc. Talk about stuff that isn't ponies or music. But do try to stay on topic and respectful of alternate opinions.

I'm not quite so concerned with what people remember me for, other than being a reasonably nice guy.
Don't know how well I'm doing in that regard...

Yeah, not like there was a topic dedicated to how awesome you are or anything :p.

I guess I don't have an aspirations for wanting to be known for something specifically. Inside the fandom, I'd like to be known as a brony musician. Outside of it, eh...

For the fandom, I don't really care much...
For the real world, I want to be remembered for making people think twice about all music...for writing music that people enjoy, but at the same time makes them think about music in general!
So, be a revolutionary in music! :P

Short term - something that people can hum over and over and never get tired of it.

Long term - something that people can discover a long time into the future and still appreciate. I guess that's the basis of chiptunes, really.

In all honesty, I've had chronic depression for most of my life, even still.

Music has always there for me.

Sometimes you just really need a sad song to pull you through, or maybe a happy one to make a good moment even better. When I like a song it's usually due to the circumstances of when I listen to it and how it affects my emotions at that time. The memory of a song is usually the most redeeming factor for me. Without all that, I have no idea what or where i'd be right now. And that's how ultimately i'd like my music to be remembered.

I'd want my music to help somebody through a tough time, or amplify what ever emotion they feel while listening in a progressive way. I want my music to be remembered for speaking to a persons soul. As something that helped them.
Long time pianist and mediocrity extraordinaire.

I certainly DO NOT want to be remembered as the another ordinary person next door.

I always wanna be remembered as an artist...
That, if I have the guts (and luck/blessings/whatever) to be one

Gosh, to be remembered would be a hell of a compliment, hahaha. I sure hope it's for the acting and music and silly animations and good-natured personality and not just the arse.

Although, just the arse is more than enough~

I want to be remembered as a musician... and a game developer.

Literally, the game I'm developing right now seems like the most complicated project in school. Wouldn't be surprised if my friends got an automatic 90%.

I completely agree, personally I'd rather be remembered within the community as a nice musician. Outside the community, I'd personally not want to be famous.

As a person I want to be known as someone who opened others to unheard music and genres, who was enthusiastic about music and its history, and avoided the snob factor of it.

As a musican I just want to be known as a guy who was diverse, prolific, not bad, and had a few good ideas and releases.
