Carrot Top Tea (The Cooking and/or Farming Thread)

Today, I picked out two of the carrots that had grown in my little veggie patch in the backyard. The carrots themselves were tiny, but the Carrot Tops on them were huge. I didn't know what to do with them, aside from throw them in the compost, but then I found this:

So I chopped up the Carrot Tops into tiny little pieces, put some into a teapot with boiling water, and stored the rest in the fridge. I'm just waiting for the pot to cool down now, so I can give it a taste. :D

I wonder what Wooden Toaster thinks about this. :P

We used to grow chiles but since most of the year is dark over here in Sweden we couldn't get them to survive the winter. :(
Herbs grow like weeds though so our herbal garden was doing good until we moved. I miss that herbal garden. :C
