I went snowboarding the other weekend and went up to the top of a lift on a mountain that has a tunnel run through it. It's called the Eisenhower Tunnel. It is a few miles long. It's super long. (Freewave. Back me up here) the lift I was on allowed me to see the start of the tunnel and the end of the tunnel. It was cool to see how long it was from a higher perspective that when driving through it. Riding down the mountain from the very top was actually kind of scary. It had a vertical drop for about 20 feet right off the bat. Supe dangerous and it was very icy so i had to take a less deadly path down the mountain. Not town too , I was also intimidated by how the top of their rain was at least 20 degrees cooler than the bottom and there was about 30 mile an hour winds at the top and no wind at the bottom. There was a lot of exposed rocks at the top and for a short way down. Trees to avoid randomly and some bare patches too. I went to the top to say I did it, but I like regular slopes more

I'm just here to let you all know that Gene Simmons covered Firestarter by The Prodigy once and it's really bad.

I'm having what some people might call a bad day at work where everything seems to go wrong. Except, I ain't even mad or frustrated. I am just getting everything that goes wrong fixed as best as I can. I think this is why my boss likes me.

Also, we're using Logic Pro X in our Radio Broadcasting class now. I'm really excited. I'm actually liking it so far, and I can't wait to learn more. We're actually using it, so after the weekend, I'll try to post a wip or something.

In other news, it hailed today.

So, I gotta do a genre assignment for Music Production. They gave us some genres to pick from, but my right ear is inflamed or something, because it's been aching since I got up, so I'm doing reggae. It hurts less to listen to :L

Genre history. Like, it's roots, influences, how it began, where it's headed what genres it influenced etc etc. Basically I just gotta listen to some reggae, pick apart how it works musically, do some research about those things I just mentioned and write it into an essay with Havard AGPS referencing. So far I've listened to 30 minutes of a mix on youtube and gotten about half a page of bullet points from that and a little history thanks to google. I'm gonna have a look through one of my textbooks to see what it has while I'm at it.

Just reading the word "essay" gets me a headache and a heavy stomach.

Oh, right, so I gotta wait two more weeks until I can FINALLY catch up on MLP episodes that I've missed.
And I believe it are quite a few that I've missed.
